Limb Cradle Combo Unit (5182)

The Limb Cradle is ideal for elevating limbs in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, home health care and procedure rooms.

The Limb Cradle Stand stabilizes the Limb Cradle frame and helps prevent tipping when being used to support a limb during bandaging/dressing changes.

The two stainless steel brackets make it easy to attach and detach the Limb Cradle frame by sliding the legs of the frame into or out of the stainless steel brackets.

For convenient storage, fold the Limb Cradle together and slide one leg into the stainless steel bracket.

Labor costs increase when more than one nurse is needed to change bandages or dressings on patients.  The Limb Cradle supports the limb to be bandaged so that the underneath side of the leg or arm is more accessible and only one nurse is needed to treat the patient.

Just support the limb in the cradle and changing bandages or cleaning wounds becomes easy with little effort needed to support the limb.

Use in burn units where bandage changes are frequent.

It can also be used to elevate limbs and allow air to circulate to the skin surfaces of the limb.

The frame is made of stainless steel and the disposable sling is made of blue polyethylene.

The Limb Cradle folds together and takes up very little space when stored.

The frame comes with 100 3mil) polyethylene slings.  Each sling is for single use only.

Dimensions of the Limb Cradle Frame:  13-1/2"W x 9-1/4"D (343mm x 235mm).

Dimensions of Limb Cradle extended: 7"W x 8-3/4"H 9178mm x 222mm).  The stainless steel frame is 1/4" (6mm) diameter.

Overall dimensions of the polyethylene slings:  4-3/8"W x 7_D (111mm x 178mm)
