To reduce the risk of medication errors, "All medications in the sterile field must be properly labeled". This includes medication contained in solution bowls, medicine cups, and syringes. - Prevent medication errors by using these stock or custom made sterile labels to properly identify all medications.
- Easiest and most cost effective approach to labeling medications in a sterile field! Currently nurses are making their own labels with steri-strips and a marking pen or printing labels on inkjet/laser printers and sterilizing them in house. This is expensive and ink bleeds/wicks on steri-strips making the writing illegible.

- Options! Available pre-printed in color or black and white with common surgery medications, blank, or custom printed. Blank are available 10 labels per pouch, pre-printed 10 or 20 per pouch, and custom up to 20 labels per pouch.

#16070 Colored Pre-printed and 16071 Black & White Pre-printed Sterile Labels. Each pouch contains 16 of the pre-printed medication labels and 4 blank white labels for a total of 20 labels per pouch. Available 300 pouches per box.
#16072 Colored Pre-printed and 16073 Black & White Pre-printed Sterile Labels are pre-printed with 8 of the most commonly used surgery medications and include 2 blank white labels to make 10 labels per pouch. Available 300 pouches per box.
#16079 Blank White Sterile Label package contains 10 blank white labels per pouch that can be written on with a sterile marking pen.

Design your own labels. - We can print the exact number of labels
(up to 20) you commonly use. When extra labels are needed for solution bowls or medicine cups, you can have multiples of the same label made. Blank or colored labels can be included at no extra charge. Minimum order is 1 box of 300 pouches. - What may be standard labels for someone else can be useless to your facility. With this in mind, we offer custom labels to best suit the needs of your operating room.

- No setup fees!
- Custom labels avoid the need to write on blank labels. This will help prevent medication errors and wastage when you cannot read, or mis-read, someone else's hand writing.
- Maximum of 25 characters per label. This covers the recommended generic drug name and drug dose.
