- Designed with code response conveniences such as 5th wheel steering assist, simultaneous access by multiple team members and quick release security lock, the Metro Lifeline™ Crash Cart makes it easy to find the medications and supplies that matter most when they matter most.
- Lifeline™ by Metro was designed with infection control in mind with built in Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection, smooth stain-resistant surfaces and rounded corners for easy cleaning. Lifeline™ is made of lightweight, advanced polymer material that won't rust, dent, chip, flake or peel.
- The 5th wheel steering assist feature which is controlled by squeezing a built in handle trigger and an ergonomically placed handle allows for maximum control during transit to a code.
- A wide wheelbase provides stability and minimizes rollover tendencies.
- Full extension shelf closing drawers, top compartment first line medication storage, tilt-out side bins, a defibrillator swing arm and platform, and suction pump storage are designed to be accessed simultaneously by multiple code team members.
- The backboard can be mounted to the front or back of the cart.
- A quick release security lock unlocks all storage areas including drawers, top compartment and tilt-out bins. A one or two security seal system can be put into place to allow access to the areas you need the most and can eliminate unnecessary inventorying of medications and supplies.
- An adjustable Defibrillator Swing Arm locks and swings 90° away from the cart and the platform rotates 180° providing access to paddles, controls, plotter and an easy view of the monitor.
- Full extension, shelf closing ball bearing drawer slides allow for the drawers to be easily removed for cleaning and restocking.
