Clear Flag and Receipt Label (6028)

Our unique Flag and Receipt Label was designed using pharmacist recommendations. It features a smaller clear wrap around tail that allows viewing of the product labeling and graduations. Our label is made of a durable material to withstand the handling and storage in automated dispensing cabinets. Its compact size fits a range of products from small ampules to larger syringe barrels. This flag label will solve your labeling needs and allow you to bar code even the smallest products.

We've created and included a pre-defined Clear Flag & Receipt Label template with our #5117 Bar Code Labeling Software. No label creation or setup is needed, all you do is open the template, type information on the label and print!

Our label features ample flag print area! We've kept the flag and receipt portion compact without taking away valuable print space for required information and bar codes.

The flag receipt can either fold over to create an easy-to-read double-sided label or the receipt can be removed at the perforation and applied to charts, records, and packaging for traceability and accountability. The receipt serves as a secondary label for duplicate data or additional print space for drug information, lot, expiration, bar code, administration and caution.

The Clear material will not impede labeling or graduations at the point of attachment. The material is flexible and durable. It resists tears and withstands handling and storage. The aggressive label adhesive ensures that the label will remain on product until time of use.

Flag & Receipt Labels also are available in Green, Red, and Yellow Solid Color(#6029) or Half Color(#6030).

The convenient 8 1/2" x 11" laser sheets allow you to quickly print multiple labels. The unique center sheet perforation allows the full sized sheets to be separated into two 4 1/4 x 11 sheets. Print one half now and the other later.

Labels are available 20 labels per sheet; 2,000 labels per package.
