Tighten narcotic monitoring and test with confidence using this palm-sized digital refractometer. It quickly and accurately determines the consistency of controlled substances to ensure mixtures have not been altered. It is important to note this unit cannot measure Fentanyl.

The lightweight unit is easy to operate, eliminating the need for specialized training. Users simply apply the sample to the sample well, press the “READ” key and note the displayed value. Measurement results display in 2 seconds, saving time and money and increasing productivity!

This device delivers automatic temperature compensated measurements, meaning no correction tables or temperature measurements are required for accurate results. A bright, 5-digit LCD screen provides all pertinent measurement data in one view; there is no partial display or scrolling digits, as is common with some other units. This reduces the cost associated with reading errors and eliminates the time associated with waiting for scrolling values.

This handy digital refractometer measures and displays a digital readout of % Brix and Refractive Index. The % Brix range of 0.0 to 62.0% addresses numerous applications and medication types. The Refractive Index range is 1.3330 to 1.4465 to meet many of the measurement requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. The unit features an accuracy of 0.2% Brix and 0.0002 RI.

The durable housing with non-slip slide grips helps protect the unit from damage. It is rated IP65 dustproof/water resistant and is approved for use in any environment. It operates on two AAA alkaline batteries, which will provide more than 10,000 measurements. The unit is easy to clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution.
