Extra High-Barrier Laser Foil Labels are designed specifically for use with the Extra High Barrier Blisters to achieve one year dating. This protection is only guaranteed when the labels are used with the #7014 Medium and #7015 Large Amber Extra High Barrier Blisters.

The New Technology Label features a one-piece design that has adhesive only on the border of the label. No adhesive is applied over the medication cavity and lift-open tabs.

Instructions for printing text only using Microsoft® Word are available at no extra cost. Labels can be printed with text and a bar code using a pre-defined template included with our #5117 Bar Code Software for Unit Dose Labels. No label creation or setup is needed, all you do is open the template, type information on the label and print.

Laser labels should be stored at 70° - 80°F and 50% relative humidity (+/- 5%) away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight. Labels should be stored in the room in which they will be printed at least 48 hours prior to printing. For maximum print quality, use a printer that accepts at least 8.1mm thick paper.

The #5118 labels fit blisters that come eight to a strip. Due to tolerances between labels as well as the size of the blister, it is best to cu t off six labels, apply them and then appy the remaining two. This will prevent misalignment and reduce label waste.
