COVID- 19 Update

Distinctive Medical are constantly keeping appraised of the latest worldwide developments relating to the supply chains that we use to fulfil our customer orders.

As the COVID-19 situation has unfolded, we are starting to experience some delays in goods reaching our facilities. This is a nationwide issue and not one that we face in isolation.

Whilst we have enacted our Business Contingency Plan and increased stock, at times, however, the demand is outweighing those increases.

We are doing everything we can to get goods to customers just as soon as they arrive with us, and we will continue to do so in the coming weeks.
